Returns

Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first through our Contact page with your order number, and we will send you return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return postage

Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged, faulty or missing items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or missing, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you will not need to pay any return postage.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Just contact us through our Contact page with your order number.
