Delivery is free anywhere in Ireland. It usually takes 7 to 14 working days, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Your flagpole, bracket, rings and Irish tricolour all arrive together in one parcel.
Returns
Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first through our Contact page and we'll send you return instructions. Once we receive your return, we'll refund you within 14 days. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Damaged, faulty or missing items
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or missing, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to pay any return postage.
